Day 8th day of the war on Luck-eee-me-A!

OK, so it’s Monday, 6/23, Day 8th day of the war on Luck-eee-me-A!

On Saturday night they had run out of medical forms of harassment to interfere with my rest so they got resourceful and moved my room at 10 pm. I’d moved in pretty well, over there 2 laptops, hidden snacks, Sponge Bob memory foam pillow, etc, so it took 2 ½ trips. But wow, the room is awesome, mount Rainer view, plus heli-pad, lots of counter top in front of windows for work spaces. So I apologized for being a grump. After it was set up yesterday into my work configuration, I drank a toast, see the picture !

My strain of Leukemia strain is better classified as APL, I’ve included a link for those who wish to get more information or need to be lulled to sleep. To get more information:

Chemo started Friday, tablets 2 x’s a day, with IV chemo every other day. So today I get my second infusion of liquid chemo. So far so good, no loss of hair, no nausea, no 3rd eye, etc. they keep adding Lassix as I can’t expel the fluids fast enough to keep ahead of what they are infusing me with.

Thank you all for your calls, cards, vists, etc. There's an army taking care of me, and I'm going to come out just fine. It's Doris I worry the most about getting the help she needs. She's a little stubborn!
