I'm writing this from Larry's bedside.
The intestinal bug, known as C-diff, has really taken it's toll on him. His organs are all working really hard right now - and the docs are watching them all very closely still.
They have managed to kill the C-diff infection itself - so that's really good news. We are now waiting for his body to start producing white blood cells again. They are continuing the Leukemia treatment through all this - prodding his marrow to shape up and start working properly.
This week is going to be a crucial one. When he DOES start making those white blood cells - then his body will start kicking ass from the inside and he'll gain strength and he'll start to heal all the way around.
He's had trouble sleeping the last couple of days - but he seems to be dozing now - which is a good thing.
I will do my best to keep this updated - and continue to pass on your well wishes to him - everyday!

We are all praying and believing that you are going to kick this! Kord believes it because he says that you are the captain and you have to run the boat! He can't wait to go fishing again!
