Again the distraction has been the hip pain and for all the Doc’s “specialty” knowledge they seemed determined to treat it as some mystery ailment, not the gout I have dealt with for 30 years. After a very painful Saturday night, they relented and treated it as gout late Sunday, so the meds are starting to work and hip pain is almost totally gone.
I’m responding very well to the treatment for the APL, no side effects yet, knock on wood. Progress continues like this and I may be out of here late next week.
I have fishing dates in Sekiu to keep, so let’s get outa here!
