Hip pain manageable, but not gone; Had “LOUD” words w/Oncologist when he made his rounds at 11 pm. (convenient time). He did sincerely apologize at least for his loud words. He is frustrated by trying to remedy the gout pain yet control the diarreha his med of choice causes. Hopefully they will get onto something soon, because the “Big D” battles raged through the night.
The nurses are great, and all get a kick out of my creative PJ bottoms, “Pink Panther”, “One Fish 2 Fish”, “Huskies”, “play boy bunny logo”, and “Sharks”. Still all indications are I’m responding well to Chemo. I don’t receive any more IV chemo this week, but get daily shots to stimulate the process, 1 a day for 7 – 14 days and get my 4th today.
